Create request

You can register new requests directly from Mobile CRM.

Note

Requires a Service user plan.

Create from the Requests screen

  1. Go to the main Requests screen.

  2. Tap + and select New request.

  3. Enter a descriptive title.

  4. Tap Add customers, select one or more persons, then tap OK.

  5. Choose the owner:

    • Unassigned
    • Automatically assigned
    • A specific person
  6. Select a category. Optionally, add tags.

  7. Add other details as needed:

    • Link to a sale or project
    • Add internal notes
    • Set priority
  8. Add a message (mandatory).

    You can also add images, insert a request reply template, and link to a FAQ from the Task menu.

  9. Tap Save.

Create from a contact

To create a request linked to a specific contact:

  1. Open the person's contact card.
  2. Tap + and select New request. The contact is added automatically.
  3. Fill in the remaining fields as described above.
  4. Tap Save.
