The top bar contains essential tools for navigating SuperOffice CRM. The buttons vary slightly depending on the module (CRM, Service, or Settings and maintenance), but their functions remain consistent. For example, only Personal settings, Main menu, and Help are shown in Settings and maintenance.
Buttons overview
Icon | Name | Description |
---|---|---|
New | New | Create new records, such as companies, contacts, sales, projects, selections, follow-ups, documents, and requests. |
Find | Search for records, such as companies, contacts, sales, and documents (Not available in Service and Settings and maintenance). | |
Search | Use the Free-text search field to find data across the system. | |
Notifications | View new notifications, such as invitations, assigned requests, and approved sales. Click a notification to open the associated record. | |
Personal settings | Edit preferences, email signatures, and passwords. Displays your profile image if added to your contact card. | |
Main menu | Access general system settings, switch between modules, or launch other applications. | |
In-app Resource Centre | Open guided tours, user guide, and inspiration resources (online only). | |
Help | Help | Access user guides and information tailored to the current task or module. |
Personal settings menu options
Option | Description |
---|---|
Preferences | Adjust personal preferences, such as default values, sorting, and visual effects. |
Edit personal signature | Edit the email signature used in outgoing emails or requests. |
Email options | Configure inbox settings. |
Your Service status | Update your status (for example, Not present) and add an optional message. |
Show my contact info | Open your contact card to edit details like phone numbers or title. |
Local settings | Change app language, number/date format, and email client settings. |
Get the mobile app | Configure settings for SuperOffice Mobile CRM. |
Change password | Update your SuperOffice CRM password. |
Recycle bin | Restore deleted records, such as companies, contacts, or requests. |
Log out | End your session in SuperOffice CRM. |
Note
In Settings and maintenance, only Local settings, Change password, and Log out are available.

Duplicate settings | Adjust settings for detecting duplicates in companies, projects, or selections. |
Filter | Edit filter settings. |
Knowledge base | Access external documents, FAQs, and reply templates in Service. |
Custom objects | In pilot. |
Targets | Set or update sales targets. |
Edit system signature | Edit the default email signature. |
Settings and maintenance | Launch Settings and maintenance (administrator access only). |
Settings and maintenance

Change serial number | Update the serial number for your SuperOffice installation. |
SuperOffice CRM | Switch back to SuperOffice CRM. |

Contact support | Submit support requests or issues. |
