Using the Video meeting option in SuperOffice CRM, you can also join the meeting on the go with your mobile.
From the appointment
- Open the appointment.
- Click the Join video meeting button.
- Your device will select the best option to attend the video meeting, either with an app or with the browser.
From the activity list
The activity list also shows an icon to indicate which appointment is a video meeting.
Notifications on video meetings
When you have set up Mobile CRM to give you alerts when a meeting starts, a pop-up will appear at the top. Simply click the Join video meeting button, and you are in!
