To use your SuperOffice in a more efficient way and make the system even smarter, advanced options are available via the Expander Services Development Tools.

Provided you have access to the Development Tools, you will see System design in the navigator. You can create extra tables and fields, make customised workflows via CRM Script, and edit the different main cards and dialogs to fit your particular business needs. These tools help you customise SuperOffice in such a way that your request system becomes even more powerful and relevant to your company.

System scripts Lists the system scripts that control key parts of the system. Click a script in the list to open the Edit system script screen.

Use CRMScript to automate tasks

CRMScript is a feature that allows you to automate tasks in or modify the behaviour of SuperOffice. Automating tasks and processes will help you to save time and will make you and your colleague more productive.

Create extra tables and fields

By adding extra tables and fields to SuperOffice you can save a variety of information important for your company. You can add extra tables and fields to your Requests, Contact cards or Company cards.
