The View statuses dialog

Activity monitors require a Sales Premium or Service Premium user plan. For older, on-premise versions of SuperOffice, a separate Sales Intelligence license is needed.

The View statuses dialog is displayed when you click a status image for a company card, contact card, or project card. The dialog contains the following information:

ElementDescription
NameThe name of the status, defined in Settings and maintenance.
DescriptionA description of the status, defined in Settings and maintenance.
Other statusesA link to any other statuses relating to the current company, contact or project. This field is displayed only if there are several statuses for the record in question.
Create follow-upUsed to create a new follow-up for the company, contact, or project. The type of follow-up created by default is defined in Settings and maintenance.
Add to selectionWhen clicked, the Add to selection dialog opens and you can add the current company or contact to a static selection of your choice. This option can be used only for static selections. How to use statuses in dynamic selections.
