To gather important communications for your customers using SuperOffice for Outlook gives you easy access to archive incoming and outgoing emails.

Just install the app from the SuperOffice AppStore or Microsoft Store. If you already have the app installed, it is automatically updated.

Onsite and Cloud installation

In the installation screen, you have two options: to connect to a SuperOffice CRM Cloud or to a SuperOffice Onsite installation.

  • If you use our cloud solution, click the We run SuperOffice Online button.

  • To connect to a SuperOffice Onsite installation, click the We run SuperOffice Onsite button. This lets you obtain the correct URL for your installation.

All fields are required to have a value:

  • URL: must contain a valid URL (Onsite only)
  • Username: non-empty
  • Password: non-empty
