Bulk update
By using Bulk update you are able to update personal data of all the companies and contacts, and all other entities that are currently stored in your SuperOffice CRM database. You can change specific values across multiple records of the same type (contacts, companies, projects, sales, follow-ups, and documents). You can update specific values or clear specific values.
Bulk update is available in the Selection, Company, Sale, and Project screens.
Note
You need specific rights to be able to use Bulk update. These rights are assigned in the Settings and maintenance.

Steps

Go to the required selection and select the tab containing the records you want to work with.
To update specific records, select them in the list.
Click the Task button and select Bulk update.
