Delete request category

  1. In Settings and maintenance, click the Requests button in the navigator and select the Categories tab.

  2. Click the category name you want to delete.

    Tip

    If the category is a subcategory, first click the arrow to the left of the parent category to display the associated subcategories.

  3. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Click OK.

  5. If there are any requests in the category, choose a new category in the Transfer requests to list.

  6. Click OK. The category is deleted and all the requests are moved to the specified alternative category.
