Enum AssociateSourceType
Describes what source the associates should be retrieved from.
Syntax

| Unknown | Unknown - used when initializing |
| History | Associate is retrieved from the history list |
| DiaryViewList | Associate is retrieved from the diary view list |
| Department | Associate is retrieved from the department (usergroup) list |
| All | Enumeration generated from the wsdl doesn't handle the [Flags] attribute (bit enumeration) |
