"selectionfavourite" MDO List

MDO list provider for selection favourites. Supported additionalInfo: membertype=[tablename] to restrict to one kind of entities.

Implemented by the SelectionFavouriteListProvider class. The name of the MDO list is 'selectionfavourite'.
