This provider name is implemented by the class SuperOffice.CRM.ArchiveLists.ExternalUsersProvider inside NetServer's SODatabase assembly.

Concrete provider for External Users - our customer, vendors etc (Audience, eJournal Customer Care Centre). See for the actual functionality of the provider.
