Import users

If your organization uses Active Directory or another authentication type, you can add several users simultaneously:
Note
The import function is not available if you are using SuperID authentication.
- Open the Users screen and select the Associates tab.
- Click Import at the bottom of the list.
- In the Select authentication type dialog, click OK.
- In the Import users from ActiveDirectory dialog, select the user group the users belong to in the User group list. Users in the group in question are displayed in the Potential users list.
- Select the users you want to add.
- Select which company you want to add users to, in the Add users to company list.
- Select a role and primary group for the users.
- Click OK. The name of the new users is displayed in the list.
- Enter information about the user.
